(“feat.”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, platform, and related services—including our AI-informed distribution tools, channel discovery, outreach workflows, and marketplace (collectively, the “Services”). Account information: name, email, organization or company details, and other information you provide to create and manage your account (including role, e.g. buyer/channel owner or seller/brand).
Content you provide: stories, links, prompts, and context you submit for AI analysis; distribution channel preferences; outreach templates and messages; and any content you upload or paste into the Services (e.g. for matching or recommendations).
Usage and product data: how you use the Services (features used, pages viewed, channels discovered, offers sent or received, and actions taken). We use this to operate, improve, and personalize the Services (including AI matching and recommendations).
Payment and transaction data: when you pay or get paid through the Services (e.g. for channel placements or offers), we and our payment providers process billing and transaction information as needed to complete payments and comply with law.
Device and log data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and similar technical information collected automatically to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.
